Thanks for shopping with Sea Sirene Collection — we’re stoked to get your surf wax out to you.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During product launches, sales, or busy surf seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
    • Australia: 3–7 business days 
Please note these are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and your location.

Warm Weather Notice
Our surf wax is sensitive to heat. While we take care in packaging your order, Sea Sirene Collection is not responsible for melting or softening during transit, especially in warmer climates or seasons.
We recommend:
    • Choosing faster shipping options when available 
    • Retrieving your package promptly after delivery

 
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep (or surf shack).
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout.
Sea Sirene Collection cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
    • Your order number 
    • Photos (if applicable) 
We’ll work with the carrier to sort it out and make things right.
